Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Shavill Electronics come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies by product and brand — details are listed on each product page.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage, including cracked screens, water damage, or drops
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (batteries, cables, cosmetic scratches)
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
  • Accessories unless separately warranted

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at info@shavillelectronics.co.ke with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and may request photos or the item for inspection.
  3. If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  4. Warranty repairs or replacements are typically completed within 7–14 business days.

  • Please retain your proof of purchase — it is required for all warranty claims.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
