All products sold by Shavill Electronics come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies by product and brand — details are listed on each product page.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage, including cracked screens, water damage, or drops
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications
- Normal wear and tear (batteries, cables, cosmetic scratches)
- Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
- Accessories unless separately warranted
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team at info@shavillelectronics.co.ke with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will assess the claim and may request photos or the item for inspection.
- If the claim is approved, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
- Warranty repairs or replacements are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
