You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Nairobi are delivered within 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other towns take 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping within Nairobi is KSh 300. Deliveries outside Nairobi range from KSh 500–1,000 depending on the destination. Orders over KSh 10,000 qualify for free shipping within Nairobi.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking details.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. See our Returns page for full details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
