Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the item must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earphones and in-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons)
  • Screen protectors and items that have been installed
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (marked as final sale)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at info@shavillelectronics.co.ke or +254 700 000 000 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back to us or drop it off at our Nairobi location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank account). You will receive an SMS or email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
